Shipping & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all coaching programs purchased from Madsen Education Limited ("we", "us") through this website.

1. Nature of our products

We sell digital and personal coaching services (3-, 6- and 12-month Business Coaching programs). These are services delivered online and through personal coaching. We do not sell or ship physical products through this checkout.

2. Delivery / "shipping"

As our products are services, no physical shipping takes place. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive your onboarding materials and access details by email, typically within 24–48 hours, to the email address provided at checkout.

Any supplements, meals or physical items arranged as part of the "done-for-you" service are provided by third-party suppliers, are optional, and their product and delivery costs are not included in the coaching price. Those items are subject to the supplier's own terms and delivery timelines.

3. Right of withdrawal & refunds

You may request to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase. If coaching services have not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

To request a refund or cancel your program, contact us at info@madsen-coaching.com with your name and the email address used for your booking. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 14 days of approval.
